has rendered the following
ORDER
in the proceedings concerning the correction of a clerical error contained in Judgment No. 21 of 9 January - 20 February 2024.
Heard in the deliberation chamber on 19 March 2024 by the Reporting Judge Luca Antonini;
Deliberated in the deliberation chamber on 19 March 2024.
Considering that the following clerical errors or omissions appear in Judgment No. 21 of 2024:
1) in the heading:
after the words: "heard at the public hearing” the following words have been omitted: "and in the deliberation chamber”;
2) in the operative part:
in paragraph 2), it reads: "of the income tax” instead of "from the income tax”;
in paragraph 3), it reads: "of the regional tax”, instead of "from the regional tax”, and it reads "from the IMU” instead of "of the IMU”;
in paragraph 4), it reads: "of the IRAP from the IMU” instead of "from the IRAP of the IMU”.
Finding it necessary to correct these clerical errors and omissions.
Considering Article 36 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court.
For These Reasons
THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
orders that the following clerical errors and omissions be corrected in Judgment No. 21 of 2024:
1) in the heading, after the words: "heard at the public hearing” the following words shall be added: "and in the deliberation chamber”;
2) in the operative part:
– in paragraph 2), the words "of the income tax” shall be replaced by the words "from the income tax”;
– in paragraph 3), the words "of the regional tax” shall be replaced by the words "from the regional tax” and the words "from the IMU” shall be replaced by the words "of the IMU”;
– in paragraph 4), the words "of the IRAP from the IMU” shall be replaced by the words "from the IRAP of the IMU”.
