THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT***

Having examined the case files pertaining to the constitutional review proceedings registered under nos. 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, and 124 of the 2024 register of orders, set for the Public Hearing and Deliberative Session of January 28, 2025;

Noting that, pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court:

- on June 23, 2024, the Gruppo d’Intervento Giuridico (GrlG) submitted written opinions concerning orders nos. 108 to 116 of 2024;

- on July 5, 2024, the Associazione Legambiente Sicilia, a Social Promotion Association and Third Sector Entity, submitted written opinions concerning orders nos. 108 to 124;

- on July 9, 2024, the association àKasa submitted written opinions concerning orders nos. 108 to 124;

Considering that said written opinions conform to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3;

Having heard the Reporting Judge, Professor Marco D'ALBERTI

HEREBY ADMITS

the written opinions of the Gruppo d’Intervento Giuridico (GrlG), the Associazione Legambiente Sicilia, a Social Promotion Association and Third Sector Entity, and the association àKasa in the aforementioned proceedings, subject to assessment of the admissibility of the documentary evidence.
