THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

Having examined the files relating to the constitutional review proceedings registered under numbers 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, and 71 in the 2024 Register of Orders, scheduled for hearing at the Public Session in January 2025;
Noting that the Association "ELETTRICITÀ FUTURA - Unione delle imprese elettriche italiane” and the Italian Association of Energy Wholesalers and Traders - AIGET, on May 22, 2024, submitted written opinions pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
Considering that said written opinions conform to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 thereof;
Having heard the Reporting Judges, Professor Luca ANTONINI and Professor Giovanni PITRUZZELLA

HEREBY ADMITS

the written opinions of the Association "ELETTRICITÀ FUTURA - Unione delle imprese elettriche italiane” and the Italian Association of Energy Wholesalers and Traders - AIGET in the aforementioned proceedings, subject to the assessment of the admissibility of the documentary evidence.
