THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

Having examined the documents relating to the judgment on constitutional legitimacy registered under no. 145 of the 2023 ordinance register, scheduled for discussion at the Public Hearing of April 10, 2024;
noting that, on November 27, 2023, the Unione Energie per la Mobilità - UNEM and PROXIGAS - National Association of Gas Industrialists, and, on November 28, 2023, UTILITALIA, the Association "ELETTRICITÀ FUTURA - Union of Italian Electric Companies” and the Associazione Energia Libera have submitted written opinions pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Judgments before the Constitutional Court;
considering that these written opinions comply with the criteria set forth in the aforementioned Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3;
having heard the Judge rapporteur Prof. Luca ANTONINI
