Having examined the documents pertaining to the constitutional legitimacy proceedings registered under No. 147 of the 2023 Order Register, scheduled for discussion at the Public Hearing of April 10, 2024;
noting that Unione Energie per la Mobilità - UNEM and UTILITALIA have filed, respectively on November 27, 2023 and December 5, 2023, written opinions pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
considering that said written opinions comply with the criteria set forth in the aforementioned Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3;
having heard the Reporting Judge Prof. Luca ANTONINI
