Having examined the documents relating to the constitutional legitimacy proceedings registered under no. 146 of the 2023 ordinance register, scheduled for discussion at the public hearing of April 10, 2024;
noting that Unione Energie per la Mobilità - UNEM and UTILITALIA have filed, respectively on November 27, 2023 and December 5, 2023, written opinions pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
considering that these written opinions comply with the criteria set forth in the aforementioned Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3;
