 Having examined the documents relating to the judgment of constitutional legitimacy registered under no. 144 of the register of orders 2023, scheduled for discussion at the public hearing of April 10, 2024; 
noting that Unione Energie per la Mobilità - UNEM, UTILITALIA, Association "ELETTRICITÀ FUTURA - Union of Italian Electrical Companies" and Associazione Energia Libera have filed, the first on November 27, 2023 and the others on November 28, 2023, written opinions pursuant to art. 6 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court; 
considering that these written opinions comply with the criteria established by the aforementioned art. 6, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3; 
having heard the reporting Judge prof. Luca ANTONINI
