THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

 Having reviewed the documents pertaining to the constitutional legitimacy proceeding registered under No. 142 of the 2023 order registry, scheduled for discussion at the public hearing of April 10, 2024; 
noting that the Unione Energie per la Mobilità - UNEM, UTILITALIA, the Italian Association of Energy Wholesalers and Traders - AIGET, the Association "ELETTRICITÀ - FUTURA Unione delle imprese elettriche italiane" and the Associazione Energia Libera have filed, the first on November 27, 2023, and the others on November 21, 2023, and November 22, 2023, written opinions pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court; 
considering that these written opinions comply with the criteria set forth in the aforementioned Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3; 
having heard the reporting Judge Prof. Luca ANTONINI
