Having regard to the documents relating to the proceeding concerning the constitutionality of the law, registered under no. 76 of the 2024 register of orders, scheduled for hearing in the Deliberative Chamber on January 14, 2025;
Noting that the Italian Union of Criminal Lawyers' Associations filed, on May 31, 2024, a written opinion pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
