Having examined the documents pertaining to the case concerning the constitutional legitimacy registered under no. 158 of the 2024 Ordinances Register, scheduled for hearing at the Public Sitting of December 10, 2024;
Noting that the Luca Coscioni Association for Freedom of Scientific Research APS filed, on October 1, 2024, a written opinion pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
Considering that said written opinion conforms to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3;
