Having examined the records pertaining to the constitutional review proceeding registered under no. 100 in the Register of Orders 2024, scheduled for hearing in the Deliberative Chamber on December 10, 2024;

Noting that AssITIG – Associazione Italiana Traduttori e Interpreti Giudiziari and FAIR TRIALS EUROPE & EUROPEAN CRIMINAL BAR ASSOCIATION (ECBA), respectively on June 20, 2024 and June 24, 2024, submitted written opinions pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court;

Considering that said written opinions conform to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 thereof;
