Having examined the documents relating to the proceeding concerning the constitutional legitimacy, registered under no. 33 of the 2024 Register of Appeals, scheduled for the Public Hearing of December 11, 2024;

Noting that the National Wind Energy Association – ANEV filed, on October 15, 2024, a written opinion pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
