Having examined the case file pertaining to the constitutional challenge registered under no. 49 of the 2024 Ordinances Register, scheduled for hearing at the Public Sitting of July 3, 2024;
Noting that A.N.I.Tra.V. - National Association of Passenger Transport Companies and Transport System Confederation of Businesses, MuoverSì Federation of Rental Car Services with Driver, and N.C.C. Italia Association filed written opinions on April 2, 2024, pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
Considering that said written opinions conform to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3;
