Having examined the documents relating to the constitutional legitimacy judgment registered under no. 133 of the 2023 ordinance register, scheduled for discussion at the Public Hearing of April 17, 2024;

noting that ASSIREVI - Italian Association of Statutory Audit Firms has filed, on October 31, 2023, a written opinion pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
