Having examined the documents pertaining to the judgment on the constitutionality of the law, registered under no. 134 in the register of orders of 2024, scheduled for hearing at the Public Sitting of December 10, 2024;
Noting that the Italian Union of Public Administration Workers (UILPA) submitted, on July 30, 2024, a written opinion pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
Considering that said written opinion conforms to the criteria set forth in the aforementioned Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3;
