THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

Having examined the documents pertaining to the judgment on the constitutionality of the law registered under no. 102 of the 2021 register of orders, scheduled for hearing in the Chamber Council on February 25, 2025;
Noting that UTILITALIA, ELETTRICITÀ FUTURA – Union of Italian Electricity Companies, and Associazione Energia Libera filed their written opinions pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court on August 2, 2021 (the first two) and August 3, 2021 (the last);
Considering that said written opinions conform to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 thereof;
