THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

Having examined the documents relating to the constitutional legitimacy proceedings registered under no. 30 of the 2023 appeals register, scheduled for discussion at the Public Hearing of 21 February 2024;

Noting that Confedilizia - Confederazione Italiana della Proprietà Edilizia (Italian Confederation of Real Estate Property) submitted, on 13 November 2023, a written opinion pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court;

Considering that such written opinion complies with the criteria laid down in the aforementioned Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3;

Having heard the Judge Rapporteur, Prof. Antonella SCIARRONE ALIBRANDI,
