THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

Having examined the proceedings relating to the constitutional legitimacy judgment registered under no. 11 of the 2024 Ordinances Register, scheduled for hearing at the Public Hearing on June 18, 2024;
Noting that the National Observatory on Gender Identity, the "Rosario Livatino" Study Center, and the Lenford Network – LGBTI+ Rights Advocacy, a non-profit association, filed written opinions on March 4, 2024 (the first) and March 5, 2024 (the others), pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
Considering that said written opinions conform to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3;
Having heard the Reporting Judge, Dr. Stefano PETITTI

HEREBY ADMITS

the written opinions of the National Observatory on Gender Identity, the "Rosario Livatino" Study Center, and the Lenford Network – LGBTI+ Rights Advocacy, a non-profit association, in the aforementioned proceedings, subject to assessment of the admissibility of the documentary evidence.
