THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

Having examined the records pertaining to the proceeding concerning the constitutional challenge registered under no. 165 of the 2023 Ordinances Register, scheduled for hearing at the Public Session of May 22, 2024;
Noting that "PMI Sanità” and the Association of Hospital Suppliers of the Puglia and Basilicata Regions - A.F.O.R.P. submitted, respectively on January 26, 2024, and January 30, 2024, written opinions pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
Considering that said written opinions conform to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3;
Having heard the Reporting Judges, Dr. Maria Rosaria SAN GIORGIO and Professor Marco D'ALBERTI
