Having examined the proceedings relating to the constitutional legitimacy judgment registered under no. 140 in the Register of Ordinances 2023, scheduled for hearing at the Public Hearing on May 7, 2024;
Noting that the Italian General Confederation of Labour - CGIL and the Association Comma2 - Lavoro è dignità filed, respectively on November 9 and 13, 2023, written opinions pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
Considering that said written opinions conform to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 thereof;
