THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

Having examined the documents pertaining to the constitutional legitimacy proceedings registered under no. 20 of the 2022 Ordinances Register, scheduled for hearing at the Deliberative Chamber on February 25, 2025;

Noting that UTILITALIA, ELETTRICITÀ FUTURA - Union of Italian Electricity Companies, and Associazione Energia Libera submitted written opinions on April 5, 2022, pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court;

Considering that said written opinions conform to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 thereof;

Having heard the Reporting Judge, Professor Luca ANTONINI;

HEREBY ADMITS

the written opinions of UTILITALIA, ELETTRICITÀ FUTURA - Union of Italian Electricity Companies, and Associazione Energia Libera in the aforementioned proceedings, subject to the assessment of the admissibility of the documentary evidence submitted.
