THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

Having considered the documents pertaining to the constitutional legitimacy judgment registered under no. 30 of the 2024 appeals register, scheduled for the Public Hearing of November 12, 2024;

Noting that ANIEF Professional and Trade Union Association and the Italian Christian Workers' Associations (ACLI) submitted written opinions on October 8, 2024, pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court;

Considering that said written opinions conform to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3, thereof; Having heard the Reporting Judge, Professor Giovanni Pitruzzella;

HEREBY ADMITS

the written opinions of the ANIEF Professional and Trade Union Association and the Italian Christian Workers' Associations (ACLI) in the aforementioned judgment, subject to the assessment of the admissibility of the documentary evidence.
