Having examined the documents pertaining to the case concerning the constitutional legitimacy registered under no. 32 of the 2024 Ordinances Register, scheduled for hearing at the Public Session on June 19, 2024;
Noting that the Italian Union of Criminal Courts, the association "La Società della Ragione APS," on March 28, 2024, the association "Osservatorio di Bioetica di Siena - ETS," and
the association "Esserci per Essere," on March 29, 2024, the Italian Pro-Life Movement - Federation of Pro-Life Movements and Life Support Centers of Italy, the "Rosario Livatino" Study Center and the Union for Social Promotion - ODV, the association "Scienza & Vita" and the association "Unione Giuristi Cattolici Italiani" (UGCI), the Committee "Ditelo Sui Tetti," the Family Day Association - We Defend Our Children APS, the Italian Catholic Doctors' Association (AMCI) and the NONNI 2.0 Association, the Observatory on Parliamentary Activity VERA LEX?, the Bioethics Consultation - ETS, and the Luca Coscioni Association for Freedom of Scientific Research - APS, on April 2, 2024, submitted written opinions pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
Considering that said written opinions conform to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3;
Having heard the Reporting Judges, Professor Franco MODUGNO and Professor Francesco VIGANÒ;

HEREBY ADMITS
