THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

 Having examined the records pertaining to the proceeding on the constitutionality of the law registered under no. 208 in the register of orders of 2024, scheduled for the Public Hearing of January 28, 2025; 
Noting that the Unione Energie per la Mobilità - UNEM and the Associazione Nazionale Commercio Prodotti e Servizi Energetici "Assopetroli-Assoenergia”, on December 3, 2024, submitted written opinions pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court; 
Considering that said written opinions conform to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3; 
Having heard the Reporting Judges, Professor Luca ANTONINI and Professor Giovanni PITRUZZELLA

 HEREBY ADMITS
