Having examined the documents pertaining to the case concerning the constitutional legitimacy registered under no. 55 of the 2024 Ordinances Register, scheduled for hearing before the Chamber of Counsel on October 29, 2024;
Noting that the Italian Union of Criminal Courts (Unione Camere Penali Italiane), on April 24, 2024, submitted a written opinion pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
Considering that said written opinion conforms to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 thereof;
