Having examined the documents relating to the constitutional legitimacy proceeding registered under no. 1 of the 2024 ordinance register, scheduled for discussion at the Public Hearing on May 7, 2024;

Noting that the Italian Association of Professors of Criminal Law submitted, on February 8, 2024, a written opinion pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court;

Considering that said written opinion complies with the criteria set forth in the aforementioned Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3;

Having heard the Reporting Judge Prof. Franco MODUGNO
