Having reviewed the documents pertaining to the case concerning the constitutional legitimacy, registered under no. 29 in the register of appeals for 2024, scheduled for a Public Hearing on November 12, 2024;

Noting that UPI Toscana, on September 30, 2024, submitted a written opinion pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court;

Considering that said written opinion conforms to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 thereof;

Having heard the Reporting Judge, Professor Giovanni Pitruzzella;
