Having examined the documents pertaining to the proceeding concerning the constitutional legitimacy registered at no. 28 of the registry of appeals 2024, set for the Public Hearing of November 12, 2024;

Noting that "ASSO-CONSUM” - Puglia, on September 26, 2024, filed a written opinion pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court;

Considering that said written opinion conforms to the criteria provided for in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3, thereof;
