THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

Having examined the documents pertaining to the proceeding concerning the constitutional legitimacy registered under no. 7 of the 2024 Ordinances Register, scheduled for hearing at the Public Session on September 25, 2024;
Noting that the Association "Donne in rete contro la violenza" ETS, abbreviated as D.i.Re., submitted a written opinion on February 27, 2024, pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Rules for Proceedings before the Constitutional Court;
Considering that said written opinion conforms to the criteria set forth in Article 6, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 thereof;
Having heard the Reporting Judge, Professor Franco MODUGNO;

HEREBY ADMITS

the written opinion of the Association "Donne in rete contro la violenza" ETS, abbreviated as D.i.Re., in the aforementioned proceeding, subject to the assessment of the admissibility of the documentary evidence.
