ORDER

in the proceedings for the correction of the clerical error contained in Judgment No. 162 of September 24 – October 17, 2024.

Having heard the reporting Judge, Francesco Viganò, at the Chamber hearing on November 25, 2024;

Having deliberated at the Chamber hearing on November 25, 2024.

Considering that in Judgment No. 162 of 2024, in the last paragraph of point 4 of the "Reasons”, due to a mere clerical error, the words "security measure” were written instead of "preventive measure”.

Having found it necessary to correct this clerical error.

Having regard to Article 36 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court.

THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

orders that, in Judgment No. 162 of 2024, the following clerical error be corrected: in the last paragraph of point 4 of the "Reasons”, the words "security measure” shall be replaced by the words "preventive measure”.

So decided in Rome, at the seat of the Constitutional Court, Palazzo della Consulta, on November 25, 2024.
