ORDER

in the proceedings for the correction of the clerical error contained in Order No. 30 of 27 February 2024.

Heard in the deliberation chamber on 21 May 2024, the reporting Judge being Filippo Patroni Griffi;

Deliberated in the deliberation chamber on 21 May 2024.

Considering that in Order No. 30 of 2024, on page six, last paragraph, second line of the Considering, due to a mere clerical error, the word "constitutional" was inserted after the words "legality parameter".

Finding it necessary to correct this clerical error.

Having regard to Article 36 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court.

For These Reasons

THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

orders that, in Order No. 30 of 2024, the following clerical error be corrected: on page six, last paragraph, second line of the Considering, the word "constitutional", inserted after the words "legality parameter", be deleted.
