ORDER

in the proceedings for the correction of the clerical error contained in Judgment No. 3 of December 6, 2023 - January 8, 2024.

Heard in the deliberation chamber on May 21, 2024, the Reporting Judge Filippo Patroni Griffi;

Deliberated in the deliberation chamber on May 21, 2024.

Considering that in Judgment No. 3 of 2024, paragraph 4, second paragraph, of the Reasons, due to a mere clerical error, the words "who would have been prejudiced by the alleged disparity of treatment” were inserted after the words "or the failure to apply the challenged provision to lecturers at non-state universities”.

Finding the need to correct said clerical error.

Having regard to Article 36 of the Supplementary Rules for proceedings before the Constitutional Court.

For These Reasons

THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

orders that, in Judgment No. 3 of 2024, the following clerical error be corrected: in paragraph 4, second paragraph, of the Reasons, the words "who would have been prejudiced by the alleged disparity of treatment”, inserted after the words "or the failure to apply the challenged provision to lecturers at non-state universities”, be deleted.

So decided in Rome, at the seat of the Constitutional Court, Palazzo della Consulta, on May 21, 2024.
